Roisin Dhu

Roisin Dhu is a single story bungalow, which with only one step into the house can be very convenient for the slightly less able visitor. Roisin Dhu is pine lined throughout and is Scandinavian in design. It is a solidly built bungalow, which is approximately 30 years old. The view from the lounge, the patio area and each of the bedrooms is lovely, overlooking the sea Loch and Attadale.

To the rear is a wood and the bungalow is situated on a cul-de-sac, which affords it both privacy, and a quiet location. There is off road parking beside the cottage and the garden in front is fenced all round. With the convenience of having a small swing park for the children, shops, garage and hotel all within 2 – 10 minutes walk.

There is one twin bedroom and two double bedrooms. All bed linens are included in the price, and these are changed weekly for guests staying longer than a week. A set of towels per person is also included, (1 hand and 1 bath towel). The bathroom, is fitted with an electric shower over the bath, a wash hand basin and toilet

The kitchen has an electric cooker, refrigerator, automatic washing machine and dishwasher. There is a microwave oven and a good selection of crockery, pots and pans and cutlery. In addition the house has all the usual equipment i.e. tumble dryer, ironing board, toaster etc.

The lounge has two, two-seater sofas and two lounge chairs, a colour television, SKY free to view channels, DVD and video players, stereo with CD player. Also in this room is an oval pine dining table and chairs. Direct access to the patio and garden from the lounge, leads onto a sheltered area where the garden furniture can be placed to relax and enjoy the view.

All electric heating with heaters in every room, and the hot water is included in the price.

The furniture, fixtures and fittings in the bungalow are well maintained and the property is kept very clean and tidy both indoors and out. This property is ideal for those visitors who like the convenience of being within walking distance to the village amenities but still wish to feel as though they have a level of privacy. Previous guests tell us that they cannot believe how quiet it is here.
